University Plaza Hotel The 2010 ISSSR will be based at the University Plaza Hotel & Convention Center with technical sessions being held in the hotel's meeting rooms (i.e., on Monday, June 21 and Tuesday, June 22); and at closely adjacent Missouri State University (i.e., on Wednesday, June 23); and, it will be the organizing location for the buses that will be used to travel to/from the 2010 Joint CBRN Conference & Exhibition at Fort Leonard Wood (i.e., on Thursday, June 24). Reduced-Rate Rooms Available - The organizers of the 2010 ISSSR have arranged for a block of hotel rooms at a significantly reduced rate of $ 78.00 per night. These rooms must be requested through a formal application to the ISSSR organizers. Conference attendees that wish to appy for a room should download and complete the application-form and returned it according to the instructions given at the bottom. Please note that there are a limited number of rooms per night (~75) so interested conference attendees should apply as early as is possible. |
